This is an amazingly sweet and smoky-tasting meal.
Cedar planks give this meal a delicious light smokey flavor that is not overwhelming.
Combine that with the sweet seasoning honey and lemon slices and you have a meal that looks beautiful, smells pleasant, and is absolutely savory.
